Mom's Rose... Photo Art Friday

Sharing with  Photo Art Friday  and  http://www.photosbyleanne.net/
The Tropicana Rose was my mother's favorite and two are planted in my back yard.   Since they are at their peak in late June-July, I chose this photo from last year and  had fun giving it a vintage look here; it's fiery orange with pink highlights is captured more in the former photo, though, I think.

  14. The rose is gorgeous, Katy. I really like the texturing also. Thanks for stopping by my blog also, with the name of my Iced Lavender. My neighbor shared her abundance with me and I didn't know its name. I LOVE your icon! Have a wonderful day.
